What defines us?
We are a small, highly qualified team consisting of engineers, technicians and administrative staff. Since we are often working "on the front lines" in a very dynamic environment, we have to trust each other completely and support each other when the work load (in quantity or difficulty) rises too high. We know our company depends on our work and the way we do this in terms of quality, time schedule and costs. And we like what we are doing.

We are involved in the entire development process of new vehicle, from the idea, through the development, construction, commissioning and technical documentation up to the acceptance by the customer.

Temporary Jobs
Depending on our current projects, very often, there is the opportunity of a temporary job, mainly in the Measuring & Testing department for example as the first job after having finished studying, before military service, a world trip or an additional education. A specialty of those jobs is that generally they include an entire measuring project from the specification to the organization, the execution the evaluation of the results and the final report.
Generally measurements are executed on the railway networks of our customers mainly in Europe, but sometimes overseas as well. During such a project, you are able to find out, what kind of job fits best to you personally - calculating and analyzing details or rather with the focus on the overall system - working in a more theoretical or practival engineering job - wearing ties or overalls - working in Winterthur, Berlin, Munich or at the facilities of our customers - working in a multicultural and multilingual environment - ...?

For trainees, we have practically always jobs available. Generally we are looking for people having a background in mechanical or electrical engineering. A basic knowledge and a certain curiosity should be there for both disciplines.
