About us

About 60 employees of PROSE Ltd. in Winterthur and its subsidiary companies in Berlin and Munich are active in international projects in the field of railway rolling stock engineering. All shareholders of PROSE Ltd. are members of the board, the management team or senior engineers. Therefore, PROSE is completely independent.
A company having the size of PROSE requires some fixed structures and processes. Nevertheless, PROSE kept a pragmatic solution orientated culture, enabling it to fulfil the customers’ requirements in a straight forward way. PROSE is still small enough that the employees see themselves as important members of the PROSE family assuring the successful cooperation of PROSE and its clients.
